My Story and Unfolding Projects
Thank you for your interest in the charitable work that has caught my heart. The beautiful landscape, kind people and abundant wildlife experienced in Zimbabwe in 2013, opened my heart like never before. The need to get involved and help others was presented.
The first commitment was to keep students in school through funding tuition and necessary school uniforms. Many children walk 10+ miles to school. Education is a gift as many families cannot afford this privilege. Big Cave Lodge, where I stay often, offered to assist in providing bikes. Sewpportive Friends mission and the bike program was the beginning of the projects yet to unfold.
The needs are great throughout the world. My thought is follow your heart in helping others.
